I first met Mrs. Phyllis Long in 2001 when I wanted to make a new will. Family dynamics had changed, and I thought it would be very complicated. I’m sure, legally, it was. She addressed everything and presented me with a draft for approval that dealt with all my questions and concerns in a professional manner, but she did it with a warmth and caring that stayed with me.

In 2004, I had some legal issues arise involving some real estate matters. Remembering Mrs. Long’s expertise, I contacted her. She again turned a complicated legal matter into a favorable resolution for me. I was so impressed and relieved to have someone like her representing me that I began to recommend her to several friends and even my Mother when the time came for her to set up a family trust that involved a lot of real estate, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and one special needs family member.
